AWOL Contractor OS answers your business's missed calls by text, collects job details from callers, and organizes them as leads in your dashboard. You are the business owner; the conversations belong to your business.
Plans are billed month to month in Canadian dollars through Stripe. Annual billing is a single payment for 12 months at ten times the monthly price. Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly plans each month, annual plans each year — until you cancel.
To cancel, email us at outreach@awol-contractor-os.com and we stop your subscription renewing; service continues to the end of the period you've paid for.

You confirm you're authorized to set up text messaging for your business, and that the business details you provide are accurate. AWOL collects job information from callers on your behalf; confirming appointments, pricing and doing the work is yours.
AWOL relays and organizes messages; it does not guarantee any particular business outcome. Text delivery depends on carriers (Twilio), payments on Stripe, and data storage on Supabase.
